There is a rich variety of pearl barley powder in the market. We've finally created the Yam Pearl Barley Soup after countless trials.
Our recipe is different from the traditional ones by adding yam, brown sugar, and konjac powder. Not only can it taste better but also with higher nutrition value.
You may take it as a substitution to your meals. We are using yam from Jiaozuo, where yam is originated. Together with pearl barley and rice beans, the soup is suitable for people of han (cool)-natured.
Similar to wearing a wet cloth, when suffering from dampness, dampness in our body becomes turbid. When Yin is dominant, dispelling dampness is needed.
It is also important to dispell dampness in order to maintain body health, skins, and body shapes. This product is made by Chinese medicine practitioners and is highly recommended to people with dampness.

Recommended Direction: Pour the content of a bag into a mug, add 200mL warm water. Stir well before serving.
It is normal if small particles can be found while stirring with hot water.
Storage: Please store in cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Please consume as soon as possible after opening. Refrigeration (0° C-8° C) is recommended if storing for a longer length of time.
