以下原因均不接受退換， 

一般個人情況（如不符合個人口味） 

拍攝光線、相機或電腦顯示屏等因素均有可能造成色差，實物和照片稍有差別是正常情況。

貨品重量均以人手量度，與實物或許有5G差距。

特價貨品不設退換。

貨品退換須由收件起2日內,

必須先透過facebook inbox 或電郵 contact@hocha.hk 通知,

並提供你的姓名､訂單編號､貨品名稱､退換原因､問題貨品的照片(如適用)。

Since our products are free from pesticides and preservatives, there is chances that some bugs eggs could have been laid in the hidden spots on plants.  We are sorry that they are unfeasible to be screened in the packing process, and they hatch under certain circumstances.  

Our customers’ health beings are the top priority.  After we weight the pros and cons, we stand firm not to add pesticides and preservatives in order to bring the 100% additives free products to our customers.
